Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
     58.572 lbs / 26.568 Kg = 34,7 x 15,0 " / 381 mm shells or 9,6 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1,19
   Metacentric height 8,2 ft / 2,5 m
   Roll period: 16,4 seconds
   Steadiness   - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 67 %
         - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0,49
   Seaboat quality  (Average = 1.00): 1,34

Hull form characteristics:
   Hull has a flush deck
   Block coefficient: 0,581
   Length to Beam Ratio: 6,41 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 26,74 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 47 %

Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is adequate
Room for accommodation and workspaces is excellent
Good seaboat, rides out heavy weather easily

Engine year should be 1909 or 1912, I think.
I would armour more of the sides.
Maybe trade some stability for beter firing platform.
Very powerful.

Should be, and I believe, much like on the other one, that A) the 152mm are supposed to be in Casemates, not on deck.   B) Shouldn't the 102mm be QF?  C) Isn't that alot of 40mm guns for a time period when no one thought Aircraft would pose a problem for BBs?

Maybe they are to repel boarders?

I have a "sick"idea to make a "Iron curtain" of 40mm shells to prevent light destroyers and tb-boats to get to close
