To make sure. Rocky, when Gran Colombia took over New Guinea, rest assured, any rock that pokes out of the water inside a reasonable limit could be seen as Gran Colombian now, except the ones that are connected to The Netherlands or Iberia.

To Miketr, the same goes for Brazil.
