Is there a lower speed limit given somewhere regarding Navalism DDs like in Wesworld (where the minimum speed is 24 knots)?

We don't have such a rule - for the moment, that's why I'm couching my remark as "it's my view".

Later on, of course, it might turn out that a gull poops on the New Zionite gunship, and the extra weight of the turd causes the vessel to break in half.
