Yep... I haven't had the chance to digest the 1912 engine year tech from Italy.
That's why it's another class of coastal rams instead of fleet rams... 'the Admiralty' (a.k.a. ME) decided that it would be a waste to build a fleet ram with outdated engines if we could wait one more year and start building them with better ones.
