Some issues:
QuoteMiscellaneous weights: 150 tons, 1.6 %
Reinforced masts with high observation posts - 30t
Marconi - long range wireless - 20t
Crew confort mesures - climat control - 30t
Magazine climat control - 45t
Damage control - Extra pump & generators - 20t
Reserve - 5t

FC for PCs is 100t
Marconi are either 10t short range or 25t long range
From an earlier discussion on a ship I made w/ a "Q" turret refrigeration doesn't need counted in misc weight for magazines. The current 150t would give you FC, long range WT and 25t to play w/.

Nice ship Jef. :) I'd call her an AC, but that's me. 8k w/ 230mm guns...little large for a PC, but who cares what it's called. I mean at least you're not calling a Battlecruiser a Frigate. ;)

Yeah, pretty much every "protected cruiser" in the nverse today is really an "armored cruiser" because they all have armored belts and decks, and not just armored decks. Still in each of our navies, the definitions of the various types of cruisers are hopelessly blurred. I wouldn't have it any other way :)

I'm thinking of just mass reclassifying my cruisers as light and heavy by gun caliber carried, ala US Navy, but I figured I'd wait a few years, so it wouldn't be so hindsighted.

Ahoj!
I will classify mine into "small ones" and "big ones".

"Submarines" and "Targets"... oh wait we are talking about cruisers!

Not a bad ship, but if your planning on countering Swiss ships, she is dead meat. But I do like the concept, no armor to speak off, but plenty of speed! Much like Interceptor.

The Cruiser Tapac Yupanqui, "la Sombra de Atahualpa" is probably the last Escort Cruiser built for Peru.
In 1913H1, Armored Cruiser  Shinchi Roca 'll be laid down.
I made little adjustements since the last post.
