Looking at the ship again, I'd go for 6:1 length-to-beam ratio and a BC of 0.6 or higher. Length is needed neither for speed, nor for deck space.

Length-to-beam ratio is 6.5 to 1

Nice ship...I'm jealous, my first 14k BBs were, well, I don't have any 14k BBs, I have a 12.7k BB... but anyway, engine year should still be 1909, as P3D stated. The newer engine may free up some weight, though not much, and a shorter ship on the same weight should take a better beating.

STUNNED...

Now if only I had the time... I have access at school to a 3D printer, so if I had 3D drawings I could actually print out a complete model of the ships! I just have to find some time. Im already paying enough money to the school, better get something out of it!

Where ya gonna put the 16 90mm guns? The only places left are where the conning tower/bridge goes on the fore superstructure, where the aft tower goes, and on top of the turrets. And I don't think 4 90mm guns will fit on a 34cm turret roof.

4x4 90mm guns are placed on the superstructures at the base of the funnels
note, the BB is 26m (85ft) beam. In top view, there is enough place.

I never install guns on the turrets  :o  , gunners are too exposed  :(  , I prefer to install them in the superstructures with protection front by light armour & aft by funnel.
