heh with H213 im going for option B of your opinion, (Lion and Tiger lay down in H213), not to mention some much needed army building.

HEH well Lion and Tiger are Mackensens, If the Germans had had the good graces to finish em OTL they would have bene the worlds first fast BBs.  Personaly I love them imagine the british responce if germany had them at Jutland (OUCH eh)

Personnaly I prefer GK10 to Mackensen
