Kingdom of Romania is greately supported by Russian Empire since 1878. The Russian companies set there several industries, and the russian citizens come to the Country to vacations. So, there are a lot of russian-speaking people and russian-oriented services in Romania.

Unofisially the country is Russian Sattelite and being under protection of Russian Crone.
