Yeah, pretty much. Three guns more per broadside, superior armor, a torpedo belt (I kick myself every time I think about that), nearly as tough, and yet equal or greater in their other qualities... a better design all around, I feel.

Shift it's year laid down, and start making new battleships it an improved version of this design then.
