Sub-antarctic islands in the Indian ocean

Just curious to who "owns" what down there?
As far as I can guess, France owns everything except the Prince Edward Islands (Oranje) and McDonald & Herd island who are Dutch, but considering the size and placement of some of those rings, it is possible that the southern Antarctic islands could be in the Dutch sphere.

In that location McDonald and Herd Islands are the farthest south islands of note before you hit a continent.
