Hello,

In looking through old posts I found some interesting things. Bulges are frowned upon(as a deck armor cheat)and could result in the loss of the vessel to small calibre fire. All my BBs have extensive bulging. To retify this is plan on altering the designs.

Also Drednought should have been a centerline evenly spread design(like Gangut). Earl had said the center turret was a deck higher than the original Drednought. since his version used centerline ends no central turrets would be possible. I will revert to Gangut style with a raised forward turret instead. Not the superfiring AB combo I had envisioned in the centerline turret post.

To reduce the effect of the huge blisters used I plan on reducing thier thickness. Would this be possible without a full refit(20%) or reconstruction(25%). I have listed to two versions below(Earls original and modified)

The dreadnoughts are grandfathered.   No need to change.

But if you do, for me, diminishing the combative power of your ships doesn't need money.

But they come more into the French style.
