TO-DO:

Repost and reformat all of what Borys has saved for me (so that I can edit it in the future). Have a mod clean up all of Borys' stuff when I'm done. Archive everything elsewhere as well.

Set up diplomatic relations, economy, etc.

Finalize my 1905 builds.

I suppose Borys mentioned it to you that forts are expensive to maintain.
The first purpose of a warship is to remain afloat. Anon.
Below 40 degrees, there is no law. Below 50 degrees, there is no God. sailor's maxim on weather in the Southern seas

Well, I gathered it from the title of the thread he posted.. if I have to downgrade them I will, but I'm not going to take them down that much. They're integral.
