Increase draft, length  and beam, the ship has a very high Block coefficient, AFAIK no dreadnought had been built with BC larger than 0.64. And L:B is on the low side, and might affect maneuverability.

The BC is a little high but I don't see a problem with it honestly, it isn't substantially higher than my other bbs.  5.90-1 isn't really that different from 6.0-1  I could have accomplished the same thing by just bulging the hull but didn't feel right about it  the only difference is it would be like a 6.17-1 and actually a lighter ship.

I'll make the bulge version, so you can see

Final Version (aka the one im going to build)

Italia-BB-1910, Italia Light Battle Ship laid down 1910 (Engine 1909)

Not a bad little ship, pretty good balance between speed, firepower and armour.
I am not a fan of triple turrets, but that is another debate...  ;)

I do not really see much problem with the high BC and low L:B ratio, after all, there was plenty of pre-dreads with that kind of BC. There are plenty of weirder things done to battleships here (the absurd amount of armour some countries put on their BBs the main one).

thanks i prefer tripples, as such that has blead over as one of the gatgety things all italian ships have.
