Nicely done.
A major point however, Bavaria is too large and the Baltic too smaller, the border between them should be further south, with Rhinland-Pfaltz & Heassen belonging to the Baltic confederation. So the Netherlands have no border with Bavaria, and France and the Baltic confederation have a substantial amount of shared border.

Ahoj!
I appreciate the effort. But I think the best starting point would be a map of Europe in 1912.
List of minor errors:
- Ukranian-Muscovite border runs along the Dvina, with Riga (on the north bank) belonging to Ukraina
- Saremaa/Oesel is Muscovite, only Sorbe peninsula is Ukranian
- western border of Ukraina is historical Russian Empire
- Romania does not have Transylvania (grrr), but it has Bulgaria of the 1888-1912 period
- Bosnia and Voivodina (north bit of Serbia) are Habsburg
- the Bavarian-Habsburg-Italian corner is more or less OK (Bavaria should have more of the panhandle, though)
- Switzerland is split 3 ways - west to France, parts of south to Italy (compensation for Friuli), the middle and east Bavarian
- there is no Ulster, Eire is a single state
- Gibraltar is in place usually occupied on maps by Cartagena
- I believe Corsica to weep under vile and brutal French occupation
- I attach Germany, as it is too complicated to explain by words
the rest is excellent!

Any dirty associations you might have here are yours, I take no responsibility.

I have a stong memory that we said that most of Elgin belonged to the higlands as well.

Not that it matter all that much, but i have a strong memory of that was what was agreed on.

I have absolutely no memory of Elgin ever being mentioned. But if you believe it was to be yours, take it. I have no other maps delimitating that border.
Was it part of the historical Jarldom of the Isles. Or, better put, more often in it than out?

Checked my mail, it was Nairnshire, not Ergil. Thogh the later would be nice, as then a few more large whisky distillers will fall in Dutch hands... ;)
