Strangely for a forum of such a name, it is about Argentinian warships :)

About the design.
Nice range.
Totally overgunned - 6x6" is enough. Or 2x6"+8x4".
Casemattes on such a small vessel are useless. 
Simply make her smaller. Or maybe cut deck to 1 inch, and try a belt?
