Thinking about it... Strange but only the USN used triple 8" turrets. Everyone else used only twins. Add a bit of beam and no one would complain.

However, 100 rounds per gun is very low.  Blücher had only 85 but that's still 8 guns per broadside and 1020 total. Make it 120, that's still on the low side.

Ill try and add another few feat to her but honestly right now as she sits she is walking a knife edge on every front.  She really can't get any bigger and maintain her speed which was the point of building her.

Moving midbreak forward and decreasing seakeeping might help a bit.
The other problem is the very shallow belt and marginal deck armor. If those stupid Italians would not push for the last knot you might get much more value value from the ship.
However, it's fun to build armed speedboats.

My take. Increased belt height, deck armor, extra 3' beam. BC is a bit lower.
Changing to full oil firing would give you an extra 4000@10 range.
