Did anybody other then me use to play that game? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Operational_Art_of_War
After all the discussions we have had here about army issues, making TOAW scenarios would be one way to resolve some of the ground conflicts. It would also encourage people (read: Me) to flesh out their TO&E.
If nothing else the game is great fun, and TOAW III is quit easy to get.

I do not think it is related to the art of war.
The game is pretty hardcore, but surprisingly flexible, allowing for scenarios down to battalion level al the way up to Barbarossa-scale...

Matrix games sells it in its XP-workeble incarnation (TOAW III).

Awesome game all around, not short by any means but some very detailed and long campaigns
