Seems to me that by the end of WWII ships were carrying far more than twenty supplementary weapons... Though I guess it's arguable whether light AA weapons count.

Anyway, here's a reconstructed version of the other cruiser mentioned in the thread title (I forgot to save the original... ^_^;;;; )
