1905 Construction

Basically I see Rohan finishing the destroyers laid down in 1904, the rebuilds of all the ex-confederate cruisers, the completion of the Brandenburgian armored cruiser, and the completion of the two new belted cruisers (all laid down in or before 1904).

The only ship still under construction as 1906 starts is Walda, Battleship of the Mark.  She's have roughly 10,000 tons left to completion.

The rest of Rohan's resources were into factory construction (new medium factories and a new heavy factory)....and trying to track down Mr. Mars.

Guys - clarification on the tech issue, please.  I think it is a bad idea to allow construction of new ships in 1905 that weren't started in 1904 and won't be possible in 1906.

My intention is to build a river monitor, begin a belted cruiser, and lay down two battleships, all of which will conform to my 1906 starting tech.

Significately Rohan doesn't have the funds in 1905 to lay down any new ships, just complete the construction plans from 1903 and 1904.
