It entirely possible, take your version of the ship and replace the centerline singles with twins, besides we are talking about a ship 60ft longer than yours. It would have a four gun end on fire.

The DKB design has a A-Bs-Xs-Y layout, with the remaining guns being fitted in casemates as was sometimes seen on historical Russian cruisers of the time period. The 76mm guns mounted on top of those (or between them, if there is room).

The "secondary" design has 170mm in A and Y, with 76mm in Bs-Xs...

Russia do not have the technology for twin mounts (nor does anybody else).

So? It is Russia that has to have the tech to build the ship, and there is no transfer of the "future" tech you got.
