The most dubious and most illegal of the intelligence sources of the Reich. Kanryu Takeda, Ambassador to France, is a man of many talents and no morals whatsoever. Upon his arrival in the country, he promptly set about commandeering the underworld of the City of Lights. The most important step being achieving complete domination of the opium market on the Ile de France. This was done quickly, and now the not-so-good Ambassador has his thumb on the pulse of the dark side of Paris. Information is exchanged, deals are struck, assissinations are plotted and carried out - all within Takeda's collection of dark smokey hovels catering to one of Europe's worst habits.
