Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
     2.640 lbs / 1.198 Kg = 74,7 x 4,1 " / 105 mm shells or 0,6 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1,22
   Metacentric height 1,7 ft / 0,5 m
   Roll period: 12,3 seconds
   Steadiness   - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 91 %
         - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0,26
   Seaboat quality  (Average = 1.00): 1,51

Hull form characteristics:
   Hull has raised forecastle
   Block coefficient: 0,554
   Length to Beam Ratio: 9,70 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 19,38 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 56 %
   Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 60
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 0,00 degrees
   Stern overhang: 0,00 ft / 0,00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
      - Stem:      21,33 ft / 6,50 m
      - Forecastle (20%):   21,33 ft / 6,50 m (13,58 ft / 4,14 m aft of break)

      - Stern:      13,58 ft / 4,14 m
      - Average freeboard:   15,13 ft / 4,61 m

Ship space, strength and comments:
Space   - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 129,0%
      - Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 90,4%
Waterplane Area: 10.191 Square feet or 947 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 97%
Structure weight / hull surface area: 65 lbs/sq ft or 316 Kg/sq metre
   Hull strength (Relative):
      - Cross-sectional: 1,00
      - Longitudinal: 2,29
      - Overall: 1,09
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is cramped
Room for accommodation and workspaces is adequate
Ship has slow, easy roll, a good, steady gun platform
Excellent seaboat, comfortable, can fire her guns in the heaviest weather

The Rock Doctor

Now this is looking good.  But naturally I have more suggestions...

-Are two of those centreline guns supposed to be superfiring in the B and X positions?  Or are they between funnels amidships?

-A few machine guns would be handy for anti-personnel work close-in.

-Since you now have some surplus hull strength, you should add 4 of miscellaneous weight to account for your torpedos.  Another 25 t for some flag facilities would be handy - this ship will likely be commanding patrol sweeps in your waters.  It wouldn't hurt to parcel out another 50 t or so as a reserve for future growth of some kind.

-You could adjust the trim down to give you 70% steadiness and improve your steadiness, and damage resistence, in the process.

-If there's any extra hull strength afterward, you can always add more bunkerage.
