Ahoj!
Needs work. The raised forecastle means one of two things:
- the front turret cannot fire to the front
or
- the front turret is raised.

This is well hidden in the SS2 manual, that all guns above freeboard ar raised.

You have a quite nice Bluchersque vessel, which shows how much can be gained by using turbines.

The stability is too low for my taste, I try not to go below 1,10 if I can help it, and 1,05 is absolute bottom for me.

I'd thicken the barbettes to 6 inch.

4 inch armour for casematte hoists is too much - 1 or 2 inch splinter armour is enough.

The 88s should be deck mounts, no hoists. You will shave a few tonnes here.

Just my two Grosche ...

Not a bad ship; accounting for coal firing instead of oil, it doesn't compare to shabbily to the DKB's GK09...

The Rock Doctor

You should have a full deck's height - around 2.4 metres - as your midships break.  Otherwise, it implies a complicated internal layout for the ship.

It's a powerful ship, but I think there are too many guns on the beams; given how many 21 and 15 cm guns you have, I wouldn't really bother with more than about four 88s on each beam.  Things will fit better, too, if you mount the 150s in hull casemates.

You should parcel out some miscellaneous weight for torpedoes, flag facilities, and future growth with this.
