A .361 block co-efficient is too low for any vessel - something in the 0.40 to 0.43 range might be appropriate for a small, fast-ish boat.

I'd recommend more bunkerage - change your cruising speed to 25 knots in SS and see how much range you have with the existing load.  Probably not much.  I'd suggest ~1000 nm or so.

Edit:  But I like the concept, don't get me wrong...
